Wages
2008/09 Steps plus 1% on the schedule retroactive to July 1, 2008
2009/10 Steps plus 1% on the schedule
2010/11 Steps plus 1% on the schedule
Benefit:
* Members receiving single PPO2 coverage will pay 1/8 of 1% of their annual salary (hourly rate x hours worked divided by days worked) - Roughly $24-$25/annually (effective August 2009)
*Members receiving Two Party and Full Family will continue to pay the prorated premium as defined in Section 10.07.
Contract Language:
*Changes in contract language as proposed by the Paraprofessional Counter Proposal dated 10/29/08.
*Article VIII, Section 8.01 (E) Pay Out of Sick Days Upon Retirement - Add the following at the end of (E): This provision only applies to K-12 Paraprofessionals employed as of November 6, 2008.
